ZF4HP22, Borg Warner Gearbox & Transfer Box Rebuilds
We can supply carefully rebuilt Range Rover Classic gearboxes and transfer gearboxes, from an LT95 as used in Suffix Range Rovers to the ZF4HP22 as used in the last of the Classics.
We can also supply fully restored Borg Warner transfer boxes which includes a replacement viscous coupling which smooths the transfer of power giving a smoother ride and less strain on the driveline components.
Rebuilt ZF4HP22+ gearboxes from £1500* exchange
LT95 4 speed manual was fitted in all Range Rovers up until 1984MY as well as 101 forward controls, 109 V8 Land Rovers and on the up to 1984 90’s and 110’s where it was superseded by the LT85 (which is 5 speed). Good quality parts for LT gearboxes are getting more difficult to obtain.
