Build Process

It generally takes several thousand hours to build a Kingsley Range Rover, depending on the precise specification chosen.

We usually have over 150 Range Rover models on site at any time as prospective donor vehicles, waiting to be re-engineered and recycled into your vision of the definitive Kingsley Range Rover. As with all hand-built cars, every build is slightly different, but below is an example of the typical steps to completing a Kingsley Range Rover:

Step 1

Configure your Range Rover

Whether you want a versatile dual purpose classic Range Rover, ready for off road adventures or urban cruising, you can arrange a consultation with one of our experienced team, to begin the journey of commissioning your Defender. We have built many cars for clients all over the world and are happy to share our knowledge on what works well for various customer applications. As from November 2024 our Range Rover online configurator will be live alongside our existing Land Rover Defender configuration tool.
